RIVERTON, UTAH (August 30, 2022) – Utah's newest local, premium, and home-grown gourmet cinnamon roll company,  WannaCinn, ​had their grand opening on August 1, 2022. It was made possible through relationships with various employees, vendors, contractors, Riverton City, CenterCal, influencers, and the community. We're thrilled to see it all come together on opening day and feel it is especially important we recognize all the hands that have come together to make WannaCinn a reality. There is both personal gratitude and excitement in knowing that everyone we connect and work with, both personally and professionally, has had a tremendous impact on making our dream and vision a reality - as well as enabled us to fast-track a construction timeline of 20-days for our first store located in the Mountain View Village shopping mall in Riverton, Utah.

WannaCinn was born with a roll, a logo, and a box on March 3, 2022. Construction of the Riverton store began on June 8, 2022 and was completed on June 28, 2022. WannaCinn then quickly started baking the initial variety of cinnamon rolls in their new kitchen on July 1, 2022. Shortly thereafter, in early July 2022, we had a team of 22 bakers employed and trained and subsequently opened for business on August 1, 2022. 

Here at WannaCinn, we have utilized the open-kitchen environment as an integral part of our business. Through this implementation, we invite our customers to see what we do and how we work while creating a comfortable, clean, and safe working environment - a baseline culture trait we work hard to establish and maintain. 

WannaCinn received over 400 initial applicants looking to join and be a part of our culture and team. We all love the opportunity to work alongside talented people throughout every aspect of the business in an environment where corporate values center on creating meaningful experiences for our employees and customers, value relationship building, increase personal and professional growth, all while driving industry change. You can simply get more things done in a very short period of time. 

WannaCinn is appreciative for the support we experienced on our path to opening our first store in Riverton. We've been fortunate to find and work with people who connect with our vision and a need to bring something special to our community. We value passion, determination, perseverance, and the sense of urgency. We saw the impact of that on our dream and vision throughout every step of our process. 

Future WannaCinn locations will be in Farmington, Utah; Saratoga Springs, Utah; Spanish Fork, Utah; Sandy, Utah along with many others.
